Company Background
A Hong Kong based publicly listed company in property development and related business. Our Client is seeking to recruit an experienced Senior Manager, Project Management to be based in PRC. The position reports to the General Manager of Facility and Project Management.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for providing all aspects of building services engineering support and monitoring to the assigned renovation projects.
- Perform technical due diligence during the project evaluation stage.
- Overall design management and construction supervision of the assigned project(s), including coordination with the consultants, supervision of contractors, monitoring of work progress, quality and costs, as well as preparation and maintenance of project documentation.
- Ensure the electrical and mechanical related works are completed on time, at the specified quality standard and within the budgeted cost.
Requirements
- Degree in Building Services or Mechanical / Electrical Engineering or equivalent, candidates with relevant professional qualifications preferred;
- At least 10 years’ relevant experience, preferably with exposure in hotel or service apartments and renovation projects in PRC
- Conversant with construction regulations and formalities in the mainland
- Strong leadership and excellent communication skill
- Excellent command of both written and spoken English and Chinese (Putonghua)
Remuneration
Compensation will be set at a level appropriate to the background, current position and current compensation of the successful candidate + bonus and other benefits. Candidate with less experience will be considered as Manager, Project Management.
