Company Background
A Hong Kong based publicly listed company in property development and related business. Our Client is seeking to recruit an experienced Senior Manager, Facility and Project Management to be based in PRC. The position reports to the General Manager of Facility and Project Management.
Responsibilities
- Head up department of Facility Management.
- Formulating and implementing property management strategies for the Company’s portfolio covering service apartment, commercial and retail properties.
- Formulating and implementing asset enhancement works from time to time.
- Perform technical support and supervision for the regular maintenance and renovation project
- Manage the tenants and maintain the property management operation at a high standard to achieve company’s objectives.
Requirements
- A degree in Real Estate, Engineering, Facility Management or related discipline with minimum of 15 years of relevant experience with prominent property developers or real estate agents. At least 8 years’ experience for real estate projects (malls & offices) is with PRC market.
- Solid experience in managing operation of offices, shopping malls and serviced apartment in PRC. Experience obtained from major HK developers is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of PRC property management regulation and contracts.
- Experience in property renovation with solid technical skills is an advantage.
- Dynamic and result oriented. Must have a strong passion for accomplishments and an ability to work under pressure. Excellent communications skills in both English and Chinese and Putonghua.
Remuneration
Compensation will be set at a level appropriate to the background, current position and current compensation of the successful candidate + bonus and other benefits. Candidate with less experience will be considered as Manager, Facility & Project Management.
